Assault Course

Our purpose built assault course is a fantastic physical challenge for Primary School students. It combines critical thinking skills with physical agility in a team setting. The course can be adapted to suit any age and ability group, with multiple variations available. Teams work together to complete the course and a competition element can be added with several teams competing against each other, separately in timed races or simultaneously on the course together.

Team Building on our Assault Course

How will the day run?

As with all of our activity days, a team of our trained instructors will bring the assault course to your site. The course can be set up indoors or outdoors, depending on the space available. All students will be given a safety briefing at the beginning of their session and have helmets fitted, before a member of WiseUp’s team demonstrates how to safely navigate each obstacle. Teams will then complete a walk through of the course, practising the spotting techniques shown to them by our WiseUp instructors. Once our staff are satisfied that students are able to manage the course safely, they will be able to complete various challenges set by WiseUp.

Challenges on the course are selected to suit the age and needs of the group. Variations include transporting items or buckets of water safely through the course. Others may involve students guiding one another across certain obstacles without speaking. Our instructions have an extensive range of challenges to set groups, ensuring they have a fun team building experience.
