WiseUp work closely with schools to ensure they are able to get the most out of all of our events, from activity days for students to staff team building sessions. Our instructors will take care of every element of the event. This includes pre-event information to equipment set up, briefings, debriefs and packing down. This leaves staff free to see how their students problem solve in a different environment. On inset days, having the WiseUp team taking care of all of the logistics means staff can simply enjoy taking part in the activities, without having to worry about anything.
Our team building day encourage teams to let go of their normal pre-conceptions and embrace each others strengths. We offer a variety of different options for students and staff, and can tailor the aims of every event to suit the needs of each school. WiseUp travel across the UK to run team building challenges for every year group, from Early Years through to University age students, in addition to our popular adult events. Our experienced Activities team are able to put together multi day programmes, which are ideal for school summer schemes and induction weeks.
Another option available to schools is the creation of a progressive programme, where WiseUp work with each year group and run a different activity every year. This has many advantages for school staff, and additionally ensures students do not repeat activities. Having the programme and logistics agreed ahead of time means a stress free experience in the lead up to an event. Staff are also assured that they will receive WiseUp’s high quality sessions and professional staff every time.
