Our Wellbeing Days give students the time, space and practical tools to manage stress, build resilience and feel more positive and connected. Through active, engaging experiences, students develop strategies that support both their mental health and their success in school.

What the Day Includes

Each Wellbeing Day combines physical activity, teamwork, and structured reflection to keep students engaged while developing practical life skills.

  • Reflection sessions focused on coping strategies and positive mindset
